Hola!

Hey everyone!

I'm David, and I am excited to be able to share with you all things that, I feel, will be very thought provoking and interesting. This is my first blog, so I am covering a whole new territory, but I am more than happy to see where it leads.

Currently I'm a sophomore in Agriculture Communications, and am leaning more towards photojournalism as my specific field. My hope is to be able to get as much experience as I can in every field of agriculture, no pun intended, and land a job that lets me compile all of my interests together. Plus, Agriculture is a great field for traveling, which I love doing and plan on doing for the rest of my life.

I am also interning at the Vineyard church for the high school pastor there, and intend to one day start my own church. The interesting thing is, society has told us our whole lives to dream big, and I do feel that this is a portion of a dream I have, so let me revise my intention and say I plan to start quite a few churches, both here in the U.S. and overseas. Might as well go big or go home. I really want to fuse the agriculture portioin with the church planting portion if at all possible!

Hopefully this hasn't scared some of you away from my blog. I know how touchy this topic is and how it has been abused my many people. I don't wish to portray myself as a religious freak, I simply love God and love His people just as much, which I feel a lot of christians forget or don't care to do. This is a whole other topic that I can cover another time, however, this is only my first post!

Most of my posts will be used to cover my internship (which I am counting as volunteer work) and other ideas and things I deem as being nothing short of awesome!
